Department of Vertebrate Zoology

Laboratory of Vertebrate Behaviour

HEAD OF THE LABORATORY

leading researcher Elena P. Kruchenkova

The main research of the Lab deals with behavioural interactions in higher Vertebrates. Though the Laboratory of Vertebrate Behaviour is rather new, it is very popular among students of the Department. A large research group works in the Far East region investigating the life of marine and island-dwelling mammals. Another topic gaining interest among students and post-graduates is Bioacoustics.
